Inquiry Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in Rocky Mountain Facet. To help manage my workflow and protect my creative vision, please note the following before sending a message:
 

  • Finished Collections Only: I work exclusively with gemstones I have personally selected and sourced.
     

  • No Custom Cutting: I do not offer custom faceting services, bespoke commissions, or re-cutting of existing stones.
     

  • No Outside Stones: I do not work with stones provided by customers.
     

All available gems are listed as finished, one-of-a-kind pieces in the shop.

The best way to reach us with questions about a specific stone currently in stock is through Facebook Messenger, phone call, or text message, as these allow for the fastest and most direct response. Email is always welcome, but response times may be longer.
